Additional Charges and Requirements for Travel Trailers

 

Vehicle Prep & Delivery-  A charge of $100 is for Sanitizing unit, delivering unit (up to 15 miles) and setup of unit. We hook up electric, water, and sewer up to 50 feet. There is a $3.00 per mile charge after the first 15 miles. This fee includes insurance for rentals of 3 weeks and less.

Insurance- Insurance is included on all rentals 3 weeks and less. For 1 month or longer rental there is a $100.00 charge per month. There is a $500.00 deductible on the insurance policy.

Deposit- To reserve a travel trailer we require a $300.00 deposit. This is paid at the time of reserving a travel trailer and signing a rental contract. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.

All Drivers- must be 25 years of older and have a valid driver's license.

Cleaning- The renter agrees to return the unit in the same condition as received. Northside RV will charge a fee for cleaning unit if unit is returned dirty, carpet soiled or stained. Please take care of the unit and return it clean to avoid these charges.

Dump Charge- When a Travel Trailer is picked up for rent, the waste holding tanks will be empty and be charged with the proper chemical. When returning the unit there is a $50.00 charge for Northside RV's to dump the tanks. Tanks must be empty to avoid this charge.

Towing Vehicle- All towing vehicles are required to have an electric break control. Vehicle must be equipped with a proper hitch with a 2 5/16 ball. Northside RV's can install break control on your vehicle for an additional fee.

Unit should be cleaned to avoid cleaning charges. Awning damage, abuse or neglect is not covered under insurance. NEVER LEAVE AWNING UNATTENDED, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AWNING DAMAGE, wind and rain will damage awning.

All Tavel Trailer DO NOT come equipped with cooking utensils or linens.
