Class A Motorhome
This 35' two slide Class A motorhome built on a ford chassis, is equiped with everything for your travels except the destination. These Motor Homes average 10-11 MPG and are economical to operate. Additional Charges and Requirements for Motor Homes:
Mileage Charge- You will receive 100 miles free for each rental day. After that the mileage charge is 25cents per mile. (example: You receive 700 free miles for a seven-day rental.)
Generator- Motor homes are equipped with a generator to produce 110 volt electricity while on the road. The charge for the generator is $3.00 per hour for the actual time of used.
Vehicle Prep & Delivery- A fee of $75.00 is charged for sanitization and insurance on the rental unit. This is a mandatory fee charge on a per rental basis. A deductible on standard insurance is $1,000.
Deposit- To reserve a Motor Home we require a $300.00 deposit. This is paid at the time of reserving a Motor Home and signing a rental contract. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
All Drivers- Must be 25 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
Cleaning- The renter agrees to return the unit in the same condition as received. Northside RV's will charge a fee for cleaning unit if unit is returned dirty, carpet soiled or stained. Please take care of the unit and return it clean to avoid these charges.
Dump Charge- When a Motor Home is picked up for rent, the waste holding tanks will be empty and be charged with proper chemical. When returning the unit there is a $50.00 charge for Northside RV's to dump tanks. Tanks must be empty to avoid this charge.
Units should be cleaned to avoid cleaning charge. Awning damage, abuse or neglect is not covered under insurance. NEVER LEAVE AWNING UNATTENDED, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AWNING DAMAGE, wind and rain will damage awning.
All Motor Home DO NOT come equipped with cooking utensils or linens.
